We will deliver products to you as soon as possible. Completed jewellery pieces are usually dispatched between 1-2 business days from the date of the order being placed.
Please note the four week production time for all of our jewellery pieces, except for the ones that are marked as "Ready to Ship".
We offer international shipping with DPD, FedEx or by priority tracked shipping via local post office depending on what is best for that area in our experience. All shipments require signature upon delivery for the security of your piece. Tracking is provided upon shipment.

how long is the production time?
Due to the made to order nature of our jewellery pieces our production time is approximately three to four weeks. This is because we take time to select only the best gemstones and then carefully set them into place. The week it takes to certify the jewellery pieces is included into the four week period.
We often have pieces that are ready to ship. They are created as limited quantity collections and will be marked - "Ready to Ship". Orders will ship out in 1-2 business days.
can i try on the jewellery pieces in person?
You can visit us at our showroom in Vilnius, Lithuania, to try on the jewellery pieces that we have on site. Our address is Užupio str. 30. Please make an appointment beforehand and ask us whether we have the specific piece you are looking for.
